Judy Z. Dumas is a 31-year resident of Sarasota, married 27 years, with three children.  She has 7 years real estate experience and has helped both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals with excellent representation.  Judy’s management background and real estate experience adds depth and strengthens the Jim Soda Group.  She has been a member of The Sarasota Association of Realtors, The Manatee Association of Realtors MLS, The Florida Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors. Judy also enjoys ongoing continuing Real Estate education on local and state mandated issues.   

Born in Iowa and raised in Minnesota, Judy moved to Sarasota in 1977.  She is firmly established in the community and over the years has volunteered in the school system, with her Church, and Boy Scouts.  Her three boys attended Ashton Elementary, Mc Intosh Middle, Sarasota High, and Manatee Junior College.

Prior to entering the Real Estate field, Judy’s management career was in retail, both clothing and health foods. She also enjoyed her time as a homemaker and stay at home mom with her three children.  Her duties then were “do it all”.  

Judy is detail oriented and very organized!  She excels at listing details, putting together document time-lines, following through on projects, property searches, inspection details, multi-tasking and assisting The Jim Soda Group with closing residential properties.  She is stable and dependable, spending all of her Real Estate years with one firm, Prudential.
