She fell in love with Sarasota's rich culture, theatre and love for the arts. Her husband Randy Huartson graduated from USIU in San Diego and majored in Business. His favorite part of Sarasota is the tropical climate and blue skies. He is an active ice hockey player and enjoys motorsports. Together they have a gorgeous daughter named Gianna Grace. They are looking forward to her growing up in the Sarasota Bradenton community and enjoying the amazing people, weather and white sandy beaches. Both are dog lovers and have two Yorkshire Terriers named Marchello & Valentino. Randy and Toni have a love for architecture and design. Having renovated many homes and investment properties themselves they can recognize a home's potential. This was a natural lead to their real estate career.
