Well yes as you can guess today if the First Friday in August! You know what that means right? You got it! " MUSIC ON MAIN" right here in Lakewood Ranch. Come out and bring your lawn chair. Relax to the sounds of an Up-Tempo Contemporary Music and maybe dance a little. All the shops will be opened for your pleasure. The restaurants ready to serve and how about "The Fishing Hole" ? There will be plenty of food and beer to go around. All monies will go to support "My Community Makeover" This program is to complete home repairs and improvements to insure the comfort, safety, health and security for unfortunate families. It's practically a hop skip & a jump from Lakewood Ranch homes to Lakewood Ranch Main Street. You'll always see walkers, bike riders, roller bladers and runners heading to Main Street in Lakewood Ranch.

Whether it be for a Starbucks cup of coffee, breakfast,lunch,dinner or just to shop!

Maybe you want to catch a movie. Well your in luck. We even have our own movie theatre. How great is that? Afterwards, you can stroll over to grab a quick bite to eat at one of the many food establishments opened and ready to serve you. Want ice Cream? Great we have that also. Lakewood Ranch lands two more Restaurants on Main Street! An Italian Trattoria & a Mexican Dining Restaurant..... We sure could use both. I've waited for a long time for this day as many of my clients have as well. We get asked all the time " Where are the Italian & Mexican Restaurants on Main Street? Now I have an answer!!!  Looks like they are targeting for a July open. Look forward to seeing you there.... Remember, we need to support our Vendors......

Banquet tickets are still available for Friday May 14th, 2010 to attend and support The Payton Wright Foundation. The banquet follows the SOLD OUT Golf Tournament happening earlier that day at The Lakewood Ranch Country Club.

Join us at The Lake Club at 6:00 pm for the banquet. Tickets are $75 person and include a silent auction, dinner and a live performance by David Nail, 2010 Country Music Award Nominee, in an intimate and outdoor acoustic setting.

The Payton Wright Foundation focuses on research for Pediatric Brain Cancer and supports families who have a child with Pediatric Brain Cancer.The strength of the Wright Family, who lost their daughter Payton to the disease, leaves me speechless. Join us! Support!

In affiliation with the Suncoast Super Boat Grand Prix Festival, join Main Street at Lakewood Ranch in welcoming Captain Keith Colburn of the fishing vessel Wizard, as featured on Discovery Channel's No. 1 television series, "Deadliest Catch," Wednesday, July 1, 2009, 6 - 9 p.m. The street event is free. Race boats will be on display, and there will be live entertainment by Rye Road Band and activities for the entire family on Main Street.
