Donna Soda is originally from Youngstown, Ohio. She started a long successful career as a Hair Stylist. In the late 1990's she piqued an interest in the stock market and decided to take a few classes.

Her inquisitiveness of knowing when to purchase and sell a stock led her to a fellow classmate and now friend, Mark Manning, a Wealth Manager with Butler Wick in Warren, Ohio. Together we would watch money flows and trends. Manning writes for " thestreet.com" and Jim Cramer.

She is a firm believer in charting the ups & downs of the financial swings to better predict the market. Her expertise in the stock market carries through in the Real Estate Game. It really boils down to Supply & Demand. Donna says "there is an amazing correlation between both market places". She has a passion for both markets and enjoys educating buyers and sellers. Lapasso earned his Florida real estate license in 1991 and worked as a sales associate, representing commercial and residential real estate and business opportunities in Sarasota. He went on to work as a sales associate with real estate brokerages in Sedona, Arizona, Chicago, Illinois, and Sarasota, Florida. While in Chicago, he worked for the country's largest real estate auction company, which specialized in developer close-outs and lending institution work-outs. Lapsasso is a licensed Realtor in Illinois and Arizona and a licensed broker in Florida. He has a bachelor's degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.

Lapasso grew up in the real estate industry, working as a building manager in his family's construction, architecture and property management business in Chicago, Illinois. "Real estate is in my blood," Lapasso says. His responsibilities took him from managing office and medical buildings in downtown Chicago to condominium and retail properties in Indiana, Arizona and Florida.

While on vacation on Lido Key in 1990, "I fell in love with the Sarasota area," he remembers. "Being from Chicago, I was looking to move to a bigger city in Florida, but I quickly came to my senses and made Sarasota home."

Sandi has 32 years of experience in real estate and new homes marketing, at one time representing numerous builders, developers and new residential communities in the Pittsburgh, PA, area. Her background and experience emphasized all facets of marketing and advertising, including generating business for the company and marketing to agents and builders.

A native of Pittsburgh, Ansilio was Vice President of Marketing for Prudential Pittsburgh for 12 years. She then opened her own marketing agency, Sandi's Marketing Strategies, and handled the Metropolitan Pittsburgh Parade of Homes for two consecutive years.

Upon moving to Sarasota in 2000, Ansilio became an onsite salesperson for several residential communities for a national builder. In 2002, she joined the start-up Prudential Palms Realty, serving as Vice President of Marketing for Prudential Palms and Prudential Lakewood Ranch Realty, until 2010. Ansilio was awarded the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing designation.

A New York native, Hampton comes to Lakewood Ranch after a successful real estate career in New York City, Redding, Connecticut, and Cleveland, Ohio.

Hampton was born in New York City and raised on Long Island. While in college, she interned at Gruntal & Co. and at 19 became the youngest person in the firm to become a fully licensed stockbroker. During that time Susanne renovated and sold several homes and discovered her love for real estate.

She left Wall Street and in 1991 and received her first real estate license in New York, focusing mostly on her own properties.

Shortly thereafter, Hampton moved to Connecticut and quickly set up her real estate business in the wealthy suburb of Redding. She became the Number Two agent with a boutique firm that handled an elite clientele from Manhattan looking for unique country properties. Five years later, she found herself moving with her husband and small son to Cleveland, Ohio, for her husband's work with the Cleveland Browns' reentry into the National Football League.

Hampton earned her Ohio real estate license and began work as a buyer's agent for a top team on Cleveland's east side, where she specialized in historic properties in Shaker and Cleveland Heights. When she decided to strike out on her own, "Keller Williams was the perfect choice," Hampton recalls. Although she was very successful for 10 years in Ohio, she said she "yearned for a little less snow and a lot more sunshine." Sarasota seemed the perfect choice for her and her son, who is attending the IMG Academies.
