Set amid 1,200 acres of century-old live oaks, towering pines, a stream and protected wetlands, The Concession is a private gated community being developed by a partnership between Core Development of Wichita, Kansas, and Property Markets Group of New York City. Only 236 custom estate homes are planned on half-acre to one-acre homesites.

Highlighting the community is a 520-acre Jack Nicklaus signature golf course designed in association with Tony Jacklin. Amenities include a Golf Clubhouse and Sports Clubhouse.

Neighborhoods include Nicklaus Manor, Birkdale and Lindrick. Nicklaus Manor offers 33 maintenance-free homes with brick-paved roads, lush landscaping and classical architecture. Landmark Development Group of Naples, working with Adrienne Vittadini, has provided a variety of distinctive home plans ranging from 3,300 to 5,500 square feet from the $2 millions.

One- to two-acre homesites are now available in Lindrick, starting in the $800,000s, with custom estate homes from $3 million offered by a selection of master builders.

The Concession is located on the border of Sarasota and Manatee counties, three miles east of I-75.
